Gencalp Korucu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yağız Reşan in the 12th minute of play. Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gencalp Korucu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ahmet Ziya Baykal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Orhan Şemsi in the 22nd minute of play forced Ravens FC's goalkeeper Kutlay Darcan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Orhan Aktan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iskitler SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ravens FC the free kick. Orhan Aktan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Cavit Gayret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Yağız Reşan made a precise shot to the right of Gencalp Korucu. Iskitler SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Ravens FC were furious when Anıl Usalp was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 36 played minutes Ravens FC got a freekick which was hit by Anıl Usalp. After having played for 40 minutes, Ahmet Ziya Baykal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ravens FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Ziya Baykal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Zafer Sebih to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ravens FC's Nuh Argün got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Hasan Ali Erdurmus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kutlay Darcan having to interfere. If Nuh Argün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmet Ziya Baykal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Gencalp Korucu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute Gazanfer Özcan Sezmen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gencalp Korucu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iskitler SK succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Ravens FC had controlled the match.
