Spectators: 7705 (Terracing: 5780, Seating: 1772, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Michel Lukaku got the match started through his kick off. Mirkelam Çırakoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Lukaku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mirkelam Çırakoğlu came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by GAZİŞEHİR FK's Michel Lukaku. But to his dismay, Michel Lukaku quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Selçuk Özgiray kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Ersan İbrahimoğlu made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Doru Cara sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 20 minutes, Volkan Arabacı managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GAZİŞEHİR FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Volkan Arabacı was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Lukaku in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mirkelam Çırakoğlu saved Snipers FK from getting behind. Michel Lukaku received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Mirkelam Çırakoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Michel Lukaku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute Hüsrev Çolak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mirkelam Çırakoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hüsrev Çolak kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Ersan İbrahimoğlu made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Doru Cara sent off a good shot on target. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rüstem Rezzak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, GAZİŞEHİR FK's goal looked a bit too open when Doru Cara came free, but Ersan İbrahimoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Şefik Oskan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Mirkelam Çırakoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Atakan Tolunay was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Snipers FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GAZİŞEHİR FK the free kick. The supporters of GAZİŞEHİR FK booed when Snipers FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atakan Tolunay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 56 minutes into the match, Snipers FK's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Lukaku came free, but Mirkelam Çırakoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rüstem Rezzak in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ersan İbrahimoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Snipers FK's Mirkelam Çırakoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Lukaku in the 67th minute of play. Dei Abadie lost his temper 73 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 73 minutes into the game, one of GAZİŞEHİR FK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 83 minutes, Mehmet Şefik Oskan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GAZİŞEHİR FK and the Snipers FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mehmet Şefik Oskan hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. A collision led to Snipers FK getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Merih Ülger hit a great ball. Dorukhan Berat came free in the 92nd minute and tried to tip the ball over Mirkelam Çırakoğlu, but to the joy of Snipers FK's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Ersan İbrahimoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Sedat Tokuzer in the 97th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Ahmet Sedat Tokuzer notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of GAZİŞEHİR FK's Ersan İbrahimoğlu. Ersan İbrahimoğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
