Bostanci FK's Kuddusî Yalgın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Lukaku in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Çelebi Taşan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ersan İbrahimoğlu. GAZİŞEHİR FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Çelebi Taşan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Mehmet Şefik Oskan took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kuddusî Yalgın. Kuddusî Yalgın dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 28 minutes into the match, Mehmet Şefik Oskan notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Bostanci FK's Kuddusî Yalgın. Kuddusî Yalgın was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Sungurhan Aydın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Çelebi Taşan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Ersan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save. 41 minutes into the match, Çelebi Taşan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ersan İbrahimoğlu. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sungurhan Aydın was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Çelebi Taşan in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ersan İbrahimoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 61 played minutes Bostanci FK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Gündüz İnanoğlu. When Türker Devan came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the GAZİŞEHİR FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Türker Devan couldn't finish the play. When Bostanci FK's Çelebi Taşan in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GAZİŞEHİR FK's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Bostanci FK's Kuddusî Yalgın got control of the ball when Mehmet Şefik Oskan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Doğa Akersoy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bostanci FK booed when GAZİŞEHİR FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Şefik Oskan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Çelebi Taşan kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When Atakan Nebi fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bostanci FK's protests and gave Atakan Nebi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th minute, Atakan Nebi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kuddusî Yalgın made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Mehmet Şefik Oskan sent off a good shot on target. In the 76thth minute of the game Mehmet Şefik Oskan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bostanci FK's Kuddusî Yalgın was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bostanci FK's Çelebi Taşan got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kuddusî Yalgın made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mehmet Şefik Oskan in the 83rd minute. Sungurhan Aydın received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kuddusî Yalgın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GAZİŞEHİR FK's Ersan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Çelebi Taşan in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute, GAZİŞEHİR FK's Mehmet Şefik Oskan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kuddusî Yalgın. Kuddusî Yalgın yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-3. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the GAZİŞEHİR FK players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
