Tanju Özgun was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Marius Payet capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marius Payet really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Yaglidere SK's goalkeeper Tanju Özgun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bumin Oğuzcan. Marius Payet received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tanju Özgun came out and tried to block the shot, but Marius Payet slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Giray Semin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fenerbahce FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yaglidere SK the free kick. After 18 played minutes Fenerbahce FC got a freekick which was hit by Giray Semin. Fenerbahce FC's Yusuf Kurd quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fetih Tanay, made in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metin Tekin in the 25th minute of play forced Yaglidere SK's goalkeeper Tanju Özgun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaglidere SK's Tanju Özgun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Yaglidere SK from getting a goal against them. In the 28th minute, Semavi Özek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tanju Özgun. The goal made the score 3-0. Fetih Tanay made in the 35th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ahmet Haşim Doğangün immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Fenerbahce FC booed when Yaglidere SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Süreyya Bilek didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Yaglidere SK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Süreyya Bilek hit a great ball. Tanju Özgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giray Semin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Payet in the 42nd minute of play forced Yaglidere SK's goalkeeper Tanju Özgun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sarp İlican stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Fenerbahce FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bumin Oğuzcan to maneuver through the defense. 56 minutes into the match, Marius Payet notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Yaglidere SK's Tanju Özgun. Tanju Özgun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tanju Özgun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bumin Oğuzcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 63rd minute Marius Payet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanju Özgun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Semavi Özek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marius Payet took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tanju Özgun. Tanju Özgun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Semavi Özek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tanju Özgun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tanju Özgun came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Fenerbahce FC's Semavi Özek. But to his dismay, Semavi Özek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 76 played minutes Fenerbahce FC got a freekick which was hit by Semavi Özek. After 77 played minutes Yaglidere SK got a freekick which was hit by Fetih Tanay. 81 minutes into the match, Yusuf Kurd notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Yaglidere SK's Tanju Özgun. Tanju Özgun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the match, Bumin Oğuzcan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tanju Özgun. Yaglidere SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bumin Oğuzcan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 88th minute, Bumin Oğuzcan made a precise shot to the right of Tanju Özgun. Yaglidere SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. Tanju Özgun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bumin Oğuzcan in the 92nd minute of play. Tanju Özgun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bumin Oğuzcan went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Fenerbahce FC fully deserved thier win.
