Semavi Özek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yusuf Kurd struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Rasmus Gjermundsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenerbahce FC. In the 7th match minute, Fenerbahce FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marius Payet to maneuver through the defense. If Semavi Özek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Semavi Özek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Güney Mengüalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hayyam Bucuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Metin Tekin took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rasmus Gjermundsen. Rasmus Gjermundsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giray Semin in the 20th minute of play forced Duphelyn FC's goalkeeper Rasmus Gjermundsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mirkelam Malik thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Rasmus Gjermundsen, a very annoying self made goal in the 21st minute which led to 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Semavi Özek in the 27th minute of play forced Duphelyn FC's goalkeeper Rasmus Gjermundsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bumin Oğuzcan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rasmus Gjermundsen having to interfere. Rasmus Gjermundsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giray Semin in the 38th minute of play. After 38 played minutes Duphelyn FC got a freekick which was hit by Rahim Yürük. A collision led to Fenerbahce FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Roman Rode hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Duphelyn FC defense, Giray Semin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rasmus Gjermundsen. The Duphelyn FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rasmus Gjermundsen should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hayyam Bucuk to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Duphelyn FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mirkelam Malik to maneuver through the defense. Bumin Oğuzcan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rasmus Gjermundsen having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Bumin Oğuzcan took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Rasmus Gjermundsen to make any attempt to save it. If Giray Semin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fenerbahce FC were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Duphelyn FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Yusuf Kurd took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Yusuf Kurd got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rasmus Gjermundsen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bumin Oğuzcan took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rasmus Gjermundsen. Rasmus Gjermundsen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Rasmus Gjermundsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Semavi Özek's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Güney Mengüalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hayyam Bucuk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 minutes of play, Fenerbahce FC's Bumin Oğuzcan made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rasmus Gjermundsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Duphelyn FC booed when Fenerbahce FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Metin Tekin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marius Payet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Semavi Özek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Rasmus Gjermundsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bumin Oğuzcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute, Semavi Özek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rasmus Gjermundsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. When the match was over Fenerbahce FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Duphelyn FC throughout the match.
