Gürel Uyguralp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 8 minutes into the game, Aydın Tor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Gürel Uyguralp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. TRABZONSPOR's Gürel Uyguralp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save TRABZONSPOR from getting a goal against them. In the 12th minute Aydın Tor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gürel Uyguralp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gürel Uyguralp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aydın Tor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gürel Uyguralp made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when 傅升剑 sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Zonguldak Kömürspor's goalkeeper Gerwin Broerse, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 傅升剑 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Gürel Uyguralp made a huge save. Gerwin Broerse came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by TRABZONSPOR's Radomil Arbaszewski. But to his dismay, Radomil Arbaszewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Gürel Uyguralp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 傅升剑 in the 30th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Aydın Tor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gürel Uyguralp. TRABZONSPOR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aydın Tor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Zonguldak Kömürspor's Gerwin Broerse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Arbaszewski in the 37th minute of play. Gürel Uyguralp made an important save on a dangerous shot by 傅升剑 in the 39th minute. Gürel Uyguralp was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Félicien Boidin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Félicien Boidin really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. In the 43rd minute, Aydın Tor made a precise shot to the right of Gürel Uyguralp. TRABZONSPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 46th minute, Aydın Tor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gürel Uyguralp. The goal made the score 7-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aydın Tor to strike the kick off in the second half. Gerwin Broerse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dilmen Denizer in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Zonguldak Kömürspor's Erdinç Tayguner got a free kick in the 52nd minute. TRABZONSPOR's Gürel Uyguralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aydın Tor in the 56th minute of play. Gürel Uyguralp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 傅升剑 in the 57th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Aydın Tor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gürel Uyguralp was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Gürel Uyguralp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Félicien Boidin, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 63 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when 傅升剑 came free, but Gürel Uyguralp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Thomas Müller cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Gürel Uyguralp was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70th minute, TRABZONSPOR's Üzeyir Nasreddin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Üzeyir Nasreddin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TRABZONSPOR protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Üzeyir Nasreddin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. A collision led to TRABZONSPOR getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Üzeyir Nasreddin hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Thomas Müller made a precise shot to the right of Gürel Uyguralp. TRABZONSPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-1. The Zonguldak Kömürspor fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Zonguldak Kömürspor's Aydın Tor looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Félicien Boidin in the 83rd minute of play forced TRABZONSPOR's goalkeeper Gürel Uyguralp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gürel Uyguralp came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Zonguldak Kömürspor's Félicien Boidin. But to his dismay, Félicien Boidin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-1. TRABZONSPOR's Gürel Uyguralp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teddy Tholsted in the 90th minute of play. TRABZONSPOR's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
