In the 9th minute, Kerim İlkim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Garip Yura was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Seyit Geylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Garip Yura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garip Yura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seyit Geylan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baba Popescu in the 19th minute of play forced Akköy JK's goalkeeper Garip Yura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Garip Yura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yıldıray Erçivan went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Necmi Akyol hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akköy JK's goalkeeper Garip Yura, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Seyit Geylan made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Eliot Mueller could shoot a difficult shot in the 57th minute, which Garip Yura however easily saved by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Akköy JK's zone, Seyit Geylan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Garip Yura came out of the goal and Seyit Geylan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Garip Yura didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mesut FC's Baba Popescu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-8 in the ordered_time% minute. Akköy JK's Garip Yura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Akköy JK from getting a goal against them. Kerim İlkim scored 0-9 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Garip Yura, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Mesut FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Akköy JK throughout the match.
