Akgün Uram made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hamit Acabay in the 9th minute of play. In the 13th minute Hamit Acabay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akgün Uram saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akgün Uram made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hüsmen Tanbolat in the 15th minute. TRABZONSPOR's Akgün Uram proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save TRABZONSPOR from getting a goal against them. Akgün Uram was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Hamit Acabay capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hamit Acabay really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Akgün Uram came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Şahmat Donetsk's Şener Soytekin. But to his dismay, Şener Soytekin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Hüsmen Tanbolat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Akgün Uram read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Şahmat Donetsk's Hüsmen Tanbolat got a free kick in the 38th minute. 43 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Hamit Acabay came free, but Akgün Uram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Akgün Uram showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamit Acabay in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, TRABZONSPOR's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kılıçalp Tankut fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Karl Magnusson made the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Hüsmen Tanbolat came free, but Akgün Uram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the match, Şahmat Donetsk's goal looked a bit too open when Karl Magnusson came free, but Dursun Dikmen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Adolfo Hibai fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dursun Dikmen, passed just outside the right post. In the 69th minute Hamit Acabay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akgün Uram saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 minutes of play, Şahmat Donetsk's Hamit Acabay made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Akgün Uram was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in TRABZONSPOR's zone, Şener Soytekin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Akgün Uram came out of the goal and Şener Soytekin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Boğaç Akçakıl fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Şahmat Donetsk's protests and gave Boğaç Akçakıl a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Şahmat Donetsk getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Boğaç Akçakıl hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, TRABZONSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Hamit Acabay came free, but Akgün Uram reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Hıncal Miran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TRABZONSPOR's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Şahmat Donetsk the free kick. In the 86th minute, Hıncal Miran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of TRABZONSPOR booed when Şahmat Donetsk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamit Acabay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Akgün Uram showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamit Acabay in the 92nd minute of the match. Şahmat Donetsk's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
