With a couple of smart ball manuevers Semi Akdiken in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Devran Tamkut saved Çatak from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Levski Sofia's goal looked a bit too open when Necdet Dilercan came free, but Tacettin Çinuçin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 17 played minutes Çatak got a freekick which was hit by Aktan Hayırlı. Devran Tamkut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alper Baydar, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Levski Sofia's goal looked a bit too open when Necdet Dilercan came free, but Tacettin Çinuçin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Devran Tamkut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Semi Akdiken in the 23rd minute of the match. Levski Sofia's Tacettin Çinuçin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Levski Sofia from getting a goal against them. Devran Tamkut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Semi Akdiken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Birsel Aktan to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birsel Aktan in the 52nd minute of play forced Çatak's goalkeeper Devran Tamkut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdulvahit İmamoğlu was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Çatak's Abdulvahit İmamoğlu got a free kick in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Necdet Dilercan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tacettin Çinuçin was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Birsel Aktan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alper Baydar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Devran Tamkut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
