Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü's Sezgin Acarbay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Musa Eroğul in the 23rd minute of play. Sezgin Acarbay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Okan Nursal went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Beşir Akdoruk kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. The supporters of Sivasspor JK booed when Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ziya Beşer made a kick off. Yiğitcan Yakup's late challenge caught a Sivasspor JK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yiğitcan Yakup helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Yiğitcan Yakup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Sivasspor JK were awarded a corner. Berkan Kutlu went to the cornerflag to take it. Tolga Özgu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa İzzet Tigin, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Sezgin Acarbay had in the 90thth minute some difficulties stopping Musa Eroğul's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Berkan Kutlu kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sivasspor JK's goalkeeper Tolga Özgu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ahmet Vefik Tokuşhan kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Taner Bahar's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sezgin Acarbay firmly grabbed it by the left post. The Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sivasspor JK's performance. The match ended with a win for Sivasspor JK.
