Konyaspor's Mustafa Anıl Kayacan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Konyaspor from getting a goal against them. Mustafa Anıl Kayacan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ziya Beşer in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Anıl Kayacan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Sivasspor JK's Beşir Akdoruk in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Konyaspor's goalie prevented a goal. Sivasspor JK's Ziya Beşer pulled a muscle in his back after 67 minutes and couldn't finish the game. In the 67th minute, one of Konyaspor:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Konyaspor. If Beşir Akdoruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donato Nola struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Tolga Özgu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Konyaspor. Sivasspor JK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
