A collision led to - JOKER - getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. David Escobar hit a great ball. The throw-in from Enes Tükelay in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by - JOKER -'s Yıldırım Gürtuna. In the 18thth minute of the game Tayfun Esentürk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü's Sezgin Acarbay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sezgin Acarbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celal Baykoca's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 22 minutes into the match, - JOKER -'s goalkeeper İskender Özkutal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sercan Oğuzbala. In the 24th minute, Yıldırım Gürtuna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute of the game Enes Tükelay made a throw-in which Mustafa İzzet Tigin played forward. İskender Özkutal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa İzzet Tigin in the 26th minute of play. Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mustafa İzzet Tigin in the 27th minute. Tolunay Boz tried in the 28th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy İskender Özkutal a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü's zone, Tayfun Esentürk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sezgin Acarbay came out of the goal and Tayfun Esentürk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 34th minute, Tayfun Esentürk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sezgin Acarbay was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 38th minute, Tayfun Esentürk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The - JOKER - fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 41 minutes into the game, Tolunay Boz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Fenerbahçe Spor Kulübü's Bernd Hutter quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yıldırım Gürtuna during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Yıldırım Gürtuna hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tayfun Esentürk to make the kick off. If Şerif İpekçi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tayfun Esentürk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Sezgin Acarbay made a huge save. Sezgin Acarbay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tayfun Esentürk, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The - JOKER - players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
