Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan started the match with the kick off. Vahit Korkutalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. When Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Arhavi FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan couldn't finish the play. Vahit Korkutalp stood somewhat misplaced when Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 10 minute. With his leg Vahit Korkutalp managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Arhavi FK's Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Yunak's Vahit Korkutalp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arhavi FK's Erkin Taykoç got a free kick in the 18th minute. If Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hıncal Karanalp in the 25th minute of play forced Yunak's goalkeeper Vahit Korkutalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Vahit Korkutalp skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After a rather tough play, Yunak's İstemihan Niğdeli got a free kick in the 29th minute. After 30 minutes, Arın Şabi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yunak and the Arhavi FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atıf Akdamar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Yunak's Vahit Korkutalp. Vahit Korkutalp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vahit Korkutalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vahit Korkutalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute of the match, Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vahit Korkutalp was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baki Tutku made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Yunak's zone, Yücel Uğurata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vahit Korkutalp came out of the goal and Yücel Uğurata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan sped through Yunak's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vahit Korkutalp. In the 62nd minute of the match, Baki Tutku tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Atıf Akdamar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 64 minutes of play, Arhavi FK's Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vahit Korkutalp was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan sped through Yunak's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vahit Korkutalp. 72 minutes into the match, Arhavi FK's goalkeeper Atıf Akdamar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emran Kelami. In the 74th minute, Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Arhavi FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hüseyin Rahmi Birhan in the 77th minute of play forced Yunak's goalkeeper Vahit Korkutalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erkin Taykoç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Vahit Korkutalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emran Kelami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Atıf Akdamar made a huge save. A collision led to Yunak getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Alkan Ongar hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, one of Yunak:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yunak. The referee gave Arhavi FK a penalty, 92 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Yücel Uğurata, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Yunak's Vahit Korkutalp. 10-0.
