In the 5th minute, Silvio Luzaide made a precise shot to the right of Jess Bonkegaard. Balkan Defence's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ali Baran Şenel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jess Bonkegaard having to make a save. Verner Skräddare could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Baran Şenel in the 15th minute of play forced Balkan Defence's goalkeeper Jess Bonkegaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Ali Baran Şenel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jess Bonkegaard came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's Ali Baran Şenel. But to his dismay, Ali Baran Şenel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 22 minutes into the game, Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's Ali Baran Şenel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jess Bonkegaard made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. If Ali Baran Şenel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şahin Başdemir hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes Balkan Defence got a freekick which was hit by Verner Skräddare. Ali Baran Şenel took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jess Bonkegaard. Jess Bonkegaard dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Afşin Şensal hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Ali Baran Şenel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's supporters rose to their feet, but Ali Baran Şenel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jess Bonkegaard breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Verner Skräddare got free with Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the match, Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's Ali Baran Şenel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jess Bonkegaard narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute Onur Özsahin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Verner Skräddare recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen. Verner Skräddare showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5.

The wind increased when Verner Skräddare made the kick off in the second half. After 57 minutes, Seyfi Nuratay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ and the Balkan Defence players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Seyfi Nuratay hit a great ball. If Enginsu Orgunalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ made a substitution. Mustafa Ekrem Yiğit replaced Sabri Bağdaş. The Balkan Defence fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Balkan Defence's Verner Skräddare looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mustafa Ali Akasoy made in the 72nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Yüce Nizam. Balkan Defence's Jess Bonkegaard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Balkan Defence from getting a goal against them. 75 minutes into the match, Balkan Defence's goal looked a bit too open when Yüce Nizam came free, but Jess Bonkegaard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enginsu Orgunalp in the 76th minute of play. A collision led to Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Silvio Luzaide hit a great ball. In the 88th minute Yüce Nizam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jess Bonkegaard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's goal looked a bit too open when Onur Özsahin came free, but Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 minutes Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Onur Özsahin who took care of the corner kick. Seyfi Nuratay kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Verner Skräddare struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balkan Defence. In the 102nd minute, Verner Skräddare made a precise shot to the right of Geir-Inge von Fraunhofen. Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-5. Chants of Ⓐⓡⓢⓔⓝⓐⓛ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Balkan Defence had held the ball for most of the match.
