Kerem Perver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Orhan Tokcan in the 43rd minute of the match. When Ahmet Yahya Reyyan came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Esentepe JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Yahya Reyyan couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Esentepe JK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that İlyas Ceceli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-6. In the 91st minute Can Sazak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Chirtoacă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Can Sazak in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Chirtoacă prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 93 minutes, Samet Erdemli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ordu Cumhuriyet Sk and the Esentepe JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ordu Cumhuriyet Sk made a substitution. Erdal Öktuna replaced Samet Erdemli. The supporters of Esentepe JK booed when Ordu Cumhuriyet Sk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samet Erdemli didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Can Sazak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Chirtoacă was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.
