Tarık Aköz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batu Rafettin in the 6th minute of the match. Ahmet Ozan Sabir struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Tarık Aköz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for YILDIRIM FK. If Okaner Nafi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 12 minutes into the game, Necip Geylanlar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Necip Geylanlar hit a great ball. If Ziya Mustafali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 played minutes Zincirlikuyu SK got a freekick which was hit by Ayvaz Onurkan. YILDIRIM FK's Necip Geylanlar got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tarık Aköz made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Okaner Nafi sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Tarık Aköz managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when YILDIRIM FK's Necip Geylanlar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Zincirlikuyu SK's Ayvaz Onurkan got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Okaner Nafi kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Ayvaz Onurkan hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Suat Onursu to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okaner Nafi in the 51st minute of play forced Zincirlikuyu SK's goalkeeper Tarık Aköz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute, Batu Rafettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After recieving a nice pass, YILDIRIM FK's Batu Rafettin tried to score from far away in the 65th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Okaner Nafi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Tarık Aköz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ayvaz Onurkan's late challenge caught a YILDIRIM FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ayvaz Onurkan helped the player get up and apologised. Zincirlikuyu SK's Tarık Aköz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necip Geylanlar in the 80th minute of play. If Ahmet Ozan Sabir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Okaner Nafi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Nazım Azimli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Zincirlikuyu SK's zone, Okaner Nafi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tarık Aköz came out of the goal and Okaner Nafi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 minutes of play, YILDIRIM FK's Okaner Nafi made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tarık Aköz was left in no man's land by his defense there! YILDIRIM FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
