Tanju Hürsel kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Erenay Paksan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ata Eroğuz in the 3rd minute of the match. Erenay Paksan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xilo Valdovinos in the 10th minute. FC Ledungirra's Cesar Gutierrez got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erenay Paksan made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Yiyo Bernal sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the match, Xilo Valdovinos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of KOCAGÖL's Erenay Paksan. Erenay Paksan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute Cesar Gutierrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erenay Paksan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Akın Kazakhan in the 39th minute of play forced FC Ledungirra's goalkeeper Dida Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute, Xilo Valdovinos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Yiyo Bernal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the KOCAGÖL defense, Xilo Valdovinos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erenay Paksan. The KOCAGÖL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erenay Paksan should have stopped the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

KOCAGÖL made a substitution. Semavi Cebe replaced Domingo Macuada. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pascal Zalm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Yiyo Bernal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in KOCAGÖL's zone, Cesar Gutierrez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erenay Paksan came out of the goal and Cesar Gutierrez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erenay Paksan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xilo Valdovinos in the 57th minute of play. In the 68th minute Xilo Valdovinos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erenay Paksan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute Pascal Zalm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Pascal Zalm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KOCAGÖL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Erenay Paksan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xilo Valdovinos's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. In the 77th match minute, FC Ledungirra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Cafer Sahir to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 79 minutes, Pascal Zalm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KOCAGÖL's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascal Zalm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th match minute, KOCAGÖL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanju Hürsel to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the game, Kutay Baycan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KOCAGÖL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Ledungirra the free kick. FC Ledungirra's Dida Freire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascal Zalm in the 96th minute of play.
