After a rather tough play, Sokartes's Kutalp Yaruk got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match, Sefa Talayer got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ahmet Hamdi Keykavus was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With an all-out effort, Maverick Spor's Ahmet Hamdi Keykavus threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gencer İşcan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 28th minute of the match, Yağızhan Yücel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ahmet Hamdi Keykavus saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Faruk Nafiz Burçak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ali Cengiz Umman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, Maverick Spor's Yağızhan Yücel made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yağızhan Yücel couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Maverick Spor booed when Sokartes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Barışcan Balamir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahmet Hamdi Keykavus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sefa Talayer in the 45th minute. Ahmet Hamdi Keykavus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yağızhan Yücel in the 47th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reis Zafer to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sefa Talayer in the 90th minute of play forced Sokartes's goalkeeper Ahmet Hamdi Keykavus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maverick Spor's Sefa Talayer got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Maverick Spor walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
