The referee gave SOI a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Efe Yalınalp, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Under 18 Universe's Kurtuluş Ünlü. 0-1. Kurtuluş Ünlü showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tümer Hezarfen, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Metehan Kurboga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tümer Hezarfen in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kurtuluş Ünlü prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 24 minutes of play, SOI's Mustafa Necati Mahsun made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kurtuluş Ünlü was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tuncay Safer hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind SOI's goalkeeper Aşır Tülek, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Metehan Kurboga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Mustafa Emrah Hacıfettahoğlu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Under 18 Universe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SOI the free kick. The supporters of SOI booed when Under 18 Universe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Emrah Hacıfettahoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baran Tüzel's late challenge caught a Under 18 Universe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baran Tüzel helped the player get up and apologised. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Metehan Kurboga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 86th minute, Baran Tüzel reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kurtuluş Ünlü. The goal made the score 1-3. The supporters of Under 18 Universe booed when SOI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efe Yalınalp didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd match minute, Under 18 Universe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Metehan Kurboga to maneuver through the defense. SOI played a much better game than Under 18 Universe and deserved their victory. The Under 18 Universe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
