ADIYAMANSPOR MKA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Martin Višňovský in the 12th minute. Jens Fabich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Višňovský in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Axel Helander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th minute Ali Vedat Tolgan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarzan Baycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With an all-out effort, Kastamonuspor1966's Tarzan Baycan threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kostadin Punev, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. ADIYAMANSPOR MKA's Axel Helander got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ali Vedat Tolgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Vedat Tolgan might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tarzan Baycan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ali Vedat Tolgan ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Višňovský in the 38th minute of play forced Kastamonuspor1966's goalkeeper Jens Fabich to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kevin de Mol charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevin de Mol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Višňovský to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Kastamonuspor1966's Ali Vedat Tuğra got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Axel Helander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens Fabich having to make a save. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kastamonuspor1966! The audience was convinced that Ali Vedat Tolgan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tarzan Baycan was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Ali Vedat Tolgan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tarzan Baycan was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Vedat Tolgan in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tarzan Baycan saved ADIYAMANSPOR MKA from getting behind. Ali Vedat Tolgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarzan Baycan having to interfere. ADIYAMANSPOR MKA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
