The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Nadir Şahan made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Ferit Saylan. A.C Taşdelen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The supporters of AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR booed when A.C Taşdelen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Ali Kazakhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, A.C Taşdelen's goal looked a bit too open when Nadir Şahan came free, but Mehmet Ferit Saylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Ahmet Bülent Tara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.C Taşdelen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR the free kick. Nadir Şahan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Mehmet Ferit Saylan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alim Bilge in the 14th minute of play forced A.C Taşdelen's goalkeeper Mehmet Ferit Saylan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 22 played minutes A.C Taşdelen got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Bülent Tara. Aybar Özgu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nadir Şahan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Mehmet Ferit Saylan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Fadıl Özdel fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.C Taşdelen's protests and gave Fadıl Özdel a yellow card for diving instead. Fadıl Özdel hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Mehmet Ferit Saylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aybar Özgu in the 28th minute of the match. After 32 played minutes A.C Taşdelen got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Bülent Tara. Haydar Çelik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demir Adam, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Nadir Şahan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Ferit Saylan was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. If Nafiz Kınık had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mehmet Ferit Saylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alim Bilge in the 54th minute of the match. When Aybar Özgu came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aybar Özgu couldn't finish the play. Cristian Zapata kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR's Şakir Sertaç couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for A.C Taşdelen. Mehmet Ferit Saylan came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR's Alim Bilge. But to his dismay, Alim Bilge quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 68thth minute of the game Nadir Şahan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.C Taşdelen's Mehmet Ferit Saylan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mehmet Ferit Saylan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alim Bilge in the 69th minute of play. Aybar Özgu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Ferit Saylan having to make a save. A.C Taşdelen's Mehmet Ferit Saylan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nadir Şahan in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, A.C Taşdelen's goal looked a bit too open when Aybar Özgu came free, but Mehmet Ferit Saylan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Nadir Şahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nadir Şahan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mehmet Ferit Saylan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alim Bilge in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR's Ahmet Ozan Özkoc got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 92 played minutes A.C Taşdelen got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Bülent Tara. After 93 played minutes, AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR's Şakir Sertaç shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mehmet Ferit Saylan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AKÇAABAT SEBATSPOR reached it.
