Kılıçhan Ağçelik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Blanc went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eustaquio Senon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The Arsenal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kılıçhan Ağçelik should have stopped the shot. Kılıçhan Ağçelik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ümit Tunçkılıç in the 80th minute of play. The Enez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0.
