The crowd rose to their feet as Kemal Mustafa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bayhan Koral. That made the score 2-0 in the 10 minute of play. Bayhan Koral came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by KIZILTEPE SPOR's Best Scania. But to his dismay, Best Scania quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Bayhan Koral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kemal Mustafa in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by ÖZ AĞRI SPOR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Henrique Borges was slow to take the kick. During this time KIZILTEPE SPOR's players had a chance to rest. Batu Cem Albay was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Bayhan Koral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kemal Mustafa in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kılıçhan Parshan in the 24th minute of play forced KIZILTEPE SPOR's goalkeeper Roger Federer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bayhan Koral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kemal Mustafa's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kemal Mustafa in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bayhan Koral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to ÖZ AĞRI SPOR getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. In the 40th minute Uğuralp Kerem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Federer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kemal Mustafa got free with Bayhan Koral in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of KIZILTEPE SPOR booed when ÖZ AĞRI SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haluk Tankan didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kemal Mustafa was the one to do the kick off.
