The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roger Federer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasret Cangiray in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5th minute, Chajju Arora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Grilli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüsrev Koçaş in the 6th minute of play. Roger Federer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chajju Arora, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Federer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birjaio Basozabal in the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Ippolit Kiryakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in KIZILTEPE SPOR's zone, Chajju Arora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roger Federer came out of the goal and Chajju Arora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of KIZILTEPE SPOR booed when KURT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arda Ozan Onul didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 23rd minute Chajju Arora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Federer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute, Ippolit Kiryakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ippolit Kiryakov was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, one of KIZILTEPE SPOR:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KIZILTEPE SPOR. After 39 minutes, Chajju Arora made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. KIZILTEPE SPOR's Roger Federer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Chajju Arora stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Chajju Arora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chajju Arora struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Roger Federer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KURT. In the 54th match minute, KURT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birjaio Basozabal to maneuver through the defense. When KIZILTEPE SPOR's Best Scania in 56 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Eugenio Grilli guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Kıvanç Salikbey struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Roger Federer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KURT. KIZILTEPE SPOR's Roger Federer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save KIZILTEPE SPOR from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute Best Scania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Grilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birjaio Basozabal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Roger Federer made a huge save. In the 69th match minute, KURT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yakup Kadri Budak to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Best Scania in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Grilli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Best Scania recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute Batu Cem Albay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Grilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Grilli came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by KIZILTEPE SPOR's Batu Cem Albay. But to his dismay, Batu Cem Albay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saltuk Rahmi during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes KIZILTEPE SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Saltuk Rahmi. Roger Federer made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Chajju Arora sent off a good shot on target. 83 minutes into the match, KURT's goal looked a bit too open when Best Scania came free, but Eugenio Grilli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, KIZILTEPE SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Hasret Cangiray came free, but Roger Federer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Best Scania sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KURT were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
