Şansal Yağmurdereli came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by the end's Arda Demren. But to his dismay, Arda Demren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arda Demren during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cemberlitas booed when the end was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arda Demren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şansal Yağmurdereli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korcan Afacan in the 14th minute of the match. Doğan Vefi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 16th playminute. In the 19th minute Doğan Vefi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aykut Onurhan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Devran Şam fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cemberlitas's protests and gave Devran Şam a yellow card for diving instead. Korcan Afacan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şansal Yağmurdereli having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Korcan Afacan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The the end fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 33 minutes into the match, Cemberlitas's goal looked a bit too open when Arda Demren came free, but Şansal Yağmurdereli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Doğan Vefi to strike the kick off in the second half. Aykut Onurhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Talha Yekta in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute, Murat Savaşer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th minute, Berat Tanacan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Şansal Yağmurdereli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korcan Afacan in the 61st minute of the match. Aykut Onurhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Bülent Karadeniz in the 65th minute of the match. Arda Demren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Şansal Yağmurdereli made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korcan Afacan in the 72nd minute of play forced Cemberlitas's goalkeeper Şansal Yağmurdereli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th match minute, Cemberlitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devran Şam to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Cemberlitas getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. İhsan Çetintürk hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arda Demren got free with Şansal Yağmurdereli in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aykut Onurhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Recep Talha Yekta in the 87th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Şansal Yağmurdereli successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Recep Talha Yekta's late challenge caught a the end's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Recep Talha Yekta helped the player get up and apologised. 96 minutes into the match, Cemberlitas's goalkeeper Şansal Yağmurdereli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arda Demren.
