Gökberk Yetişbey hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the match, Semih Elmas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Erkilet SK's Mehmet Şefik Nesil. Mehmet Şefik Nesil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mehmet Şefik Nesil came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Cinar's Flávio Almeida. But to his dismay, Flávio Almeida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 15 minutes into the game, Cinar's Semih Elmas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Şefik Nesil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Mehmet Şefik Nesil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semih Elmas in the 18th minute of play. Hüseyin Can Başok showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bahadır Arpacı in the 20th minute of the match. Semih Elmas hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 23 minutes of play, Cinar's Semih Elmas made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Şefik Nesil was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hüseyin Can Başok made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Bahadır Arpacı sent off a good shot on target. Nurkan Uraltay kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Wiktor Chludzinski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cinar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Mehmet Şefik Nesil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Semih Elmas in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Tolunay Ekvan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 36 minutes of play, Cinar's Semih Elmas made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Şefik Nesil was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cinar's Tolunay Ekvan got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Flávio Almeida had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Şefik Nesil. Erkilet SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Flávio Almeida was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. Tolunay Ekvan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Mehmet Şefik Nesil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the game, Tolunay Ekvan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Mehmet Şefik Nesil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Erkilet SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cinar were winning 0-8.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Namık Yalçuk to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Erkilet SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Şefik Nesil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Semih Elmas. In the 53rd minute, Bahadır Arpacı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Semih Elmas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Tolunay Ekvan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mehmet Şefik Nesil, 0-9. Cinar's Ahmet Refik Melik was substituted for Emrah Tülek. The audience was convinced that Tolunay Ekvan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Şefik Nesil was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Tolunay Ekvan took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Mehmet Şefik Nesil to make any attempt to save it. In the 72nd minute of the match, Semih Elmas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mehmet Şefik Nesil was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Semih Elmas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mehmet Şefik Nesil. That made the score 0-11 in the 72 minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 75th minute of the game. One of Erkilet SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cinar:s goal. The goalkeeper, Mehmet Şefik Nesil, was totally fooled by Cinar's Emre Aşık, who 76 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 80thth minute of the game Tolunay Ekvan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Erkilet SK's Mehmet Şefik Nesil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mehmet Şefik Nesil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolunay Ekvan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the game, Tolunay Ekvan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Mehmet Şefik Nesil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Cinar's Bora Ongu in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Erkilet SK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th play minute Flávio Almeida came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mehmet Şefik Nesil. 0-14. The crowd rose to their feet as Tolunay Ekvan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mehmet Şefik Nesil. That made the score 0-16 in the 97 minute of play. Cinar's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
