The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vehdi Sanih was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 7th minute. HoLiqAnLaR's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 9 minutes into the match, Erkilet SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Fatih Atay came free, but Mehmet Şefik Nesil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute Namık Yalçuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayezit Ulus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 minutes, Namık Yalçuk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Erkilet SK and the HoLiqAnLaR players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of HoLiqAnLaR booed when Erkilet SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Namık Yalçuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute of the match, Kuddusî Utman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mehmet Şefik Nesil was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 21 played minutes Erkilet SK got a freekick which was hit by Nurkan Uraltay. With an all-out effort, HoLiqAnLaR's Mehmet Şefik Nesil threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gündüz Çakıroğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Erkilet SK's Mehmet Şefik Nesil got control of the ball when Yenal İrfan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bayezit Ulus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Namık Yalçuk went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 29 minutes into the match, HoLiqAnLaR's goal looked a bit too open when Abdullatif Ulunay came free, but Bayezit Ulus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bayezit Ulus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdullatif Ulunay in the 35th minute of the match. The supporters of HoLiqAnLaR booed when Erkilet SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doğaner Akaydın didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nurkan Uraltay kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Mehmet Şefik Nesil was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gündüz Çakıroğlu. Cesur Danış hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The supporters of Erkilet SK booed when HoLiqAnLaR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesur Danış didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yenal İrfan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Mehmet Şefik Nesil made a huge save. Mehmet Şefik Nesil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vehdi Sanih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

HoLiqAnLaR's Vehdi Sanih got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 52 minutes into the match, Erkilet SK's goal looked a bit too open when Yenal İrfan came free, but Mehmet Şefik Nesil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. HoLiqAnLaR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Namık Yalçuk scored to the left of an out of position Bayezit Ulus, making the score, 0-2. In the 58th minute, Erkilet SK's Abdullatif Ulunay ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bayezit Ulus. Bayezit Ulus yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Fatih Atay in the 62nd minute of play forced Erkilet SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Şefik Nesil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 63 minutes of play, HoLiqAnLaR's Kuddusî Utman made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mehmet Şefik Nesil was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Fatih Atay in the 66th minute of play forced Erkilet SK's goalkeeper Mehmet Şefik Nesil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Şefik Nesil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yenal İrfan, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 78th match minute, Erkilet SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nurkan Uraltay to maneuver through the defense. HoLiqAnLaR's Gündüz Çakıroğlu couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Erkilet SK. Mehmet Şefik Nesil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kuddusî Utman went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Vahdet Akıncıbeyoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vahdet Akıncıbeyoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to HoLiqAnLaR getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Vahdet Akıncıbeyoğlu hit a great ball. With a little luck, HoLiqAnLaR's Bayezit Ulus got control of the ball when Namık Yalçuk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bayezit Ulus made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Abdullatif Ulunay sent off a good shot on target. Bayezit Ulus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdullatif Ulunay in the 88th minute of play. Bayezit Ulus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bahadır Arpacı went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Although HoLiqAnLaR had been in control for most of the match, Erkilet SK still came away with the win.
