The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Barış İdilkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuncay Kurz, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Ragıp Delfin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Barış İdilkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragıp Delfin in the 10th minute of play. Kerem Cemre was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Alperen Birsoy capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alperen Birsoy really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After a rather tough play, DerbedeR spor's Göktan Tolgahan got a free kick in the 19th minute. Barış İdilkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragıp Delfin in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th minute WOLKANSKİ F.C were awarded a corner. Tuncay Kurz went to the cornerflag to take it. 27 minutes into the match, Tuncay Kurz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Barış İdilkurt. DerbedeR spor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tuncay Kurz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 30th minute Tuğrul Çağaçar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barış İdilkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barış İdilkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tuğrul Çağaçar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, WOLKANSKİ F.C's goalkeeper Kerem Cemre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liu Xu Yan. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind WOLKANSKİ F.C's goalkeeper Kerem Cemre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tuğrul Çağaçar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barış İdilkurt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. The supporters of DerbedeR spor booed when WOLKANSKİ F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atabek Mehdi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kerem Cemre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökcan Bedi in the 41st minute. 46 minutes into the match, DerbedeR spor's goal looked a bit too open when Ragıp Delfin came free, but Barış İdilkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ragıp Delfin made a kick off. Şevket Tükelay kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paşa Serter during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 53rd minute, one of WOLKANSKİ F.C:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for WOLKANSKİ F.C. Arif Egemen Adalı kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, WOLKANSKİ F.C's Barış İdilkurt threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nils Lagerberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Liu Xu Yan kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. DerbedeR spor made a substitution. Ümit Sarih replaced Özdemir Hisar. In the 66th minute, Liu Xu Yan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, DerbedeR spor's goalkeeper Barış İdilkurt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ragıp Delfin. Kerem Cemre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liu Xu Yan in the 89th minute of the match. Kerem Cemre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gökcan Bedi's shot from short distance in the 97th minute.
