The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kaan Türk might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinçer Giyas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kaan Türk ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, TeknoBil Erciyes's Sakut Özyurt got a free kick in the 7th minute. Dinçer Giyas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaan Türk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dinçer Giyas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferid Eker in the 11th minute of play. Kaan Türk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dinçer Giyas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes TeknoBil Erciyes's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Çelik Titiz who took care of the corner kick. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Kaan Türk sped through TeknoBil Erciyes's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dinçer Giyas. 20 minutes into the game, ÇiçekFc's Ferid Eker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dinçer Giyas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. TeknoBil Erciyes's Dinçer Giyas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaan Türk in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, ÇiçekFc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kemalettin Tunçbilek to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Yusuf Baykara fired a really elegant long shot, but Zekai Poyraz threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by ÇiçekFc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Yusuf Baykara was slow to take the kick. During this time TeknoBil Erciyes's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ÇiçekFc's goalie and right to Atilla Tarkan Ongay. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ÇiçekFc's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Dinçer Giyas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaan Türk in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Kaan Türk notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of TeknoBil Erciyes's Dinçer Giyas. Dinçer Giyas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. TeknoBil Erciyes's Dinçer Giyas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaan Türk in the 33rd minute of play. Zekai Poyraz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emran Akgün in the 35th minute. When ÇiçekFc's Kaan Türk in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TeknoBil Erciyes's goalie prevented a goal. Dinçer Giyas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaan Türk's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Sakut Özyurt made in the 37th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ÇiçekFc's Luan Loyola. Dinçer Giyas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaan Türk in the 38th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Kaan Türk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dinçer Giyas was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaan Türk in the 41st minute of play forced TeknoBil Erciyes's goalkeeper Dinçer Giyas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, ÇiçekFc's Zekai Poyraz got control of the ball when Emran Akgün tried to sneak it across the goal line. The ÇiçekFc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After the first half ÇiçekFc were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ferid Eker made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by TeknoBil Erciyes's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Çelik Titiz was slow to take the kick. During this time ÇiçekFc's players had a chance to rest. After 53 played minutes ÇiçekFc got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Cahit Özerdem. After 57th play minutes Atilla Tarkan Ongay shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Zekai Poyraz and just under the crossbar into goal. After having played for 60 minutes, Ferid Eker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ÇiçekFc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferid Eker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinçer Giyas made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Ferid Eker sent off a good shot on target. Ferid Eker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinçer Giyas having to interfere. ÇiçekFc's Doğaner Balbay shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 69th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Dinçer Giyas but with some difficulty. In the 70th minute, ÇiçekFc's Ferid Eker ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dinçer Giyas. Dinçer Giyas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. In the 73rd minute, ÇiçekFc's Ferid Eker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. Zekai Poyraz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilla Tarkan Ongay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 minutes of play, TeknoBil Erciyes's Antoni Trzaskoma made it 2-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zekai Poyraz was left in no man's land by his defense there! ÇiçekFc's Kemalettin Tunçbilek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Münir Titiz, made in the 81st minute of the game. If Ferid Eker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinçer Giyas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferid Eker in the 84th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, TeknoBil Erciyes's Ali Asım Giyas got a free kick in the 94th minute. Doğaner Balbay struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Dinçer Giyas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÇiçekFc. The ÇiçekFc supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ÇiçekFc would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
