In the 3rd minute, Ünsal Palabıyık left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gunde Omaro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. ALASKU TSG's Francisco Barrionuevo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quentin Welsch in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of ALASKU TSG booed when Gunde Omaro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Namık Kemal Bucak didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, ALASKU TSG's Akif Akın sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Daniel Canto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Akif Akın in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Canto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Barrionuevo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ünsal Palabıyık, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Daniel Canto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Garip Kadrican, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Barrionuevo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Celal Suer sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Canto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akif Akın in the 30th minute of play. Daniel Canto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantinos Kavaliaratos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute ALASKU TSG were awarded a corner. Garip Kadrican went to the cornerflag to take it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niva Espellosa in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Canto saved Gunde Omaro FC from getting behind. 38 minutes into the game, Ünsal Palabıyık recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Francisco Barrionuevo. Ünsal Palabıyık showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Niva Espellosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 41st minute Niva Espellosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Canto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Gunde Omaro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Niva Espellosa came free, but Daniel Canto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Canto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niva Espellosa in the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ünsal Palabıyık to make the kick off. Niva Espellosa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Daniel Canto made a huge save. After 52 minutes Gunde Omaro FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Garip Kadrican who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Canto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niva Espellosa in the 56th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Niva Espellosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Canto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 59 minutes into the match, Gunde Omaro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Akif Akın came free, but Daniel Canto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Akif Akın shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Canto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ünsal Palabıyık in the 67th minute of play forced ALASKU TSG's goalkeeper Francisco Barrionuevo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Daniel Canto managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when ALASKU TSG's Niva Espellosa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 81 minutes into the game, Gunde Omaro FC's Ünsal Palabıyık nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisco Barrionuevo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Gunde Omaro FC's Ahmet Ozan Sayılgan was substituted for Ünsal Palabıyık. Niva Espellosa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Canto having to make a save. Daniel Canto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Akif Akın's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Daniel Canto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akif Akın, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the ALASKU TSG players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gunde Omaro FC.
