In the 9th minute Modesto Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atahan Yankı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Louis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Atahan Yankı came out and tried to block the shot, but Modesto Louis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the game, İZMİR S.K.'s Modesto Louis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atahan Yankı made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Asrın İsmet who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Atahan Yankı when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 20 minutes of play, İZMİR S.K.'s Modesto Louis made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Atahan Yankı was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the F.C GÜNEBAKAN defense, Modesto Louis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atahan Yankı. The F.C GÜNEBAKAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atahan Yankı should have stopped the shot. Atahan İlteber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the game, İZMİR S.K.'s Modesto Louis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. F.C GÜNEBAKAN's Atahan Yankı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asrın İsmet in the 33rd minute of play. Atahan Yankı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Louis, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute, Modesto Louis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Atahan Yankı was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Atahan Yankı was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Modesto Louis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. The referee gave Korhan Cebel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 92nd minute, Korhan Cebel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C GÜNEBAKAN's goalkeeper Atahan Yankı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. İZMİR S.K. had played much better football throughout.
