But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayati Peker couldn't finish the play. Cruel's Aureliano Calixto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute Bayhan Yiğitoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluca Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Ronaldinho Gaucho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cruel's Aureliano Calixto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cruel's goalkeeper Aureliano Calixto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 84 minutes into the match, Cruel's goalkeeper Aureliano Calixto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldinho Gaucho. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliano Calixto saved Cruel from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, Ronaldinho Gaucho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aureliano Calixto. Cruel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ronaldinho Gaucho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. Aureliano Calixto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 92nd minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Büyükada Commandos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
