After taking down the ball on ERGENEKON's corner Faruk Yordam fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alexandre Perdigão quite easily take care of the ball. Ahmet Hakan Akçay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Alexandre Perdigão made a huge save. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hurşit Kurban the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ERGENEKON protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hurşit Kurban had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 99th minute, Hurşit Kurban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anıl Ozan Metiner struck a weak shot in the 100th minute. Edward Slazak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kanatlı Süvariler. The Kanatlı Süvariler supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ERGENEKON's performance. The match ended with a win for ERGENEKON.
