With a little luck, MR7's Délio Bu got control of the ball when Evren Ünlü tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kızılyıldız SK's Patrik Sikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Raphael in the 8th minute of play. Patrik Sikström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerson Simões in the 14th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gerson Simões's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patrik Sikström was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Patrik Sikström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Raphael in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to MR7 getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ziemowit Tscherner hit a great ball. In the 30th minute, Gerson Simões ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrik Sikström was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 37th minute, Liu Ran Peng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the game, Benito Raphael cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Patrik Sikström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute Gerson Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Sikström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, MR7's Yakup Kadri Hazret nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrik Sikström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The Kızılyıldız SK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. MR7 were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Evren Ünlü made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Faruk Sağlık hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kızılyıldız SK's Patrik Sikström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakup Kadri Hazret in the 54th minute of play. The corner led MR7's Yakup Kadri Hazret to a score. 0-4 in the 56th minute. Bülent Okyar kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Patrik Sikström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yakup Kadri Hazret, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Kızılyıldız SK's 郭康扬 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Délio Bu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. 77 minutes into the match, Kızılyıldız SK's goal looked a bit too open when Jaap Stam came free, but Patrik Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yakup Kadri Hazret could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Patrik Sikström made a huge save. The Kızılyıldız SK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching MR7's performance. The match ended with a win for MR7.
