Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brin Delaney in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oğuz Bal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oğuz Bal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brin Delaney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute of the match MeZoPoTaMYa FK got a corner. TorosAdana SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomáš Velíšek ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Brin Delaney got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Oğuz Bal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. MeZoPoTaMYa FK's Şeref Özdeş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Groth in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of TorosAdana SK booed when MeZoPoTaMYa FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asaf Songurhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Şeref Özdeş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierre-Emmanuel Massias in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kutlualp Çağakan during the 31st minute.
