In the 14th minute Abuzer İmge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Derman Akdağ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the MaKaRa SPOR defense, İslam Yerel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Murathan İspirli. The MaKaRa SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Murathan İspirli should have stopped the shot. After taking down the ball on MaKaRa SPOR's corner Bennvar Savage fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Derman Akdağ quite easily take care of the ball. MaKaRa SPOR's Süruri Dural was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Derman Akdağ in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İslam Yerel made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, MaKaRa SPOR's goal looked a bit too open when José Luis Esparza came free, but Murathan İspirli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stein Hermansen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Derman Akdağ made a huge save.
