Nejat Küdüs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Binali Yanıker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nejat Küdüs was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Anıl Rical in the 27th minute of play forced Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Nejat Küdüs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fahrettin Behzat might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nejat Küdüs. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fahrettin Behzat ran back to his position shaking his head. Nejat Küdüs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Anıl Rical in the 34th minute of the match. Nejat Küdüs made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Mehmet Anıl Rical sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Mehmet Anıl Rical's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nejat Küdüs read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Ali Kaan Ulağ kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. When Kerem Ertaş fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Kerem Ertaş a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Fenerbahçe's Kerem Ertaş got a free kick in the 61st minute. Binali Yanıker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nejat Küdüs having to interfere. After 72 played minutes Machu Picchu got a freekick which was hit by Cevat Sadik. After 74 played minutes Fenerbahçe got a freekick which was hit by Şeray Çağlayan. When Doğuhan Başeskioğlu fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Doğuhan Başeskioğlu a yellow card for diving instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Binali Yanıker in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nejat Küdüs prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Machu Picchu's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
