The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eliézer Linhares made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Nusrettin Zeki sent off a good shot on target. Ahmet Refik Artuç was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. SvS's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Nusrettin Zeki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Eliézer Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarık Vahapoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aydın İltan in the 17th minute of play. Eliézer Linhares made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Nusrettin Zeki sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th match minute, NİHAL ERZİNCAN24 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batuğ Saraçoğlu to maneuver through the defense. After 26 played minutes NİHAL ERZİNCAN24 got a freekick which was hit by Taha Suyurgal. 27 minutes into the match, NİHAL ERZİNCAN24's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Refik Artuç came free, but Eliézer Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Ahmet Refik Artuç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliézer Linhares. NİHAL ERZİNCAN24's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Refik Artuç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Nusrettin Zeki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Eliézer Linhares made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Eliézer Linhares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 34th minute SvS were awarded a corner. Serter Tandoruk went to the cornerflag to take it. After 37 minutes NİHAL ERZİNCAN24's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serter Tandoruk who took care of the corner kick. Eliézer Linhares acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Serter Tandoruk. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Eliézer Linhares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nusrettin Zeki in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taha Suyurgal in the 65th minute of play forced SvS's goalkeeper Tarık Vahapoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarık Vahapoğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arif Nihat Erva in the 66th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nusrettin Zeki in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliézer Linhares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, SvS's Tarık Vahapoğlu got control of the ball when Aydın İltan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute Ahmet Refik Artuç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliézer Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes NİHAL ERZİNCAN24's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serter Tandoruk who took care of the corner kick. SvS's Primus Imperatore was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eliézer Linhares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. SvS were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after NİHAL ERZİNCAN24's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Serter Tandoruk took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Nusrettin Zeki heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Battal Cüneyt Kurtuluş hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Refik Artuç in the 86th minute of play forced NİHAL ERZİNCAN24's goalkeeper Eliézer Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Osman Batur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Eliézer Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by NİHAL ERZİNCAN24's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Serter Tandoruk was slow to take the kick. During this time SvS's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to SvS's Eralp Sadak getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. SvS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
