With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eliézer Linhares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute, TECRÜBE SK's Abdulkerim Mengücek seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Abdulkerim Mengücek the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TECRÜBE SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Abdulkerim Mengücek had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of TECRÜBE SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of NİHAL ERZİNCAN24:s goal. TECRÜBE SK:s Selahaddin Toktamış showed great skill when he stopped Arif Nihat Erva:s penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tobias Nordin was the one to do the kick off. Despite this Selahaddin Toktamış quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Yakup Kadri Ergökmen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliézer Linhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Nordin, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the TECRÜBE SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
