After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Epifanio Mitxaut managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Elbistan's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Mitxaut was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yasin Kadir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlisle Fenwick hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdülhak Tanyolaç in the 15th minute of play forced KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR's goalkeeper Yasin Kadir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zikri İlkay's late challenge caught a KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zikri İlkay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, Zikri İlkay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, FK Elbistan's Behram Çırağ got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute Pedrinho Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Haydar Sahir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Haydar Sahir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlisle Fenwick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Ali Gültekin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yasin Kadir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdülhak Tanyolaç in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yasin Kadir saved KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR from getting behind. In the 28th minute Carlisle Fenwick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Haydar Sahir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlisle Fenwick in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Haydar Sahir prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Epifanio Mitxaut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasin Kadir having to interfere. The supporters of FK Elbistan booed when KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedrinho Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Behram Çırağ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abdülhak Tanyolaç stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, FK Elbistan's Zikri İlkay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yasin Kadir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Abdülhak Tanyolaç's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yasin Kadir was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR's Yasin Kadir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdülhak Tanyolaç in the 83rd minute of play. KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR's Yasin Kadir proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR from getting a goal against them. Taci Koyak hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Kevinn De Bruyne came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevinn De Bruyne couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, KARABÜKTE ATEŞ BAŞKAYANAR's Namık Özaydın got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
