Geyve FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maraşkent FK the free kick. In the 4th minute, 郝镇卫 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 5 minutes of play, Maraşkent FK's Casper Forssell made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joseph Danielsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 8 minutes into the match, Geyve FK's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Forssell came free, but Joseph Danielsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Okaner Baytugay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Emir Varol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cícero de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Okaner Baytugay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Emir Varol in the 22nd minute of the match. Cícero de Lima struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Joseph Danielsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maraşkent FK. Joseph Danielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haşim Fırıncı in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maraşkent FK's goalkeeper Okaner Baytugay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casper Forssell in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joseph Danielsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joseph Danielsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cícero de Lima in the 33rd minute. Geyve FK's Joseph Danielsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Geyve FK from getting a goal against them. After 38 played minutes Geyve FK got a freekick which was hit by Carl-Rune Ulvik. Tansel Akdoğan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute Cícero de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joseph Danielsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Okaner Baytugay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Emir Varol in the 44th minute of play. In the 45th minute Geyve FK were awarded a corner. Björn Stenström went to the cornerflag to take it. Tansel Akdoğan thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Okaner Baytugay, a very annoying self made goal in the 45th minute which led to 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Björn Stenström was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute, Cícero de Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joseph Danielsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İsmail Hakkı Ünalp in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Geyve FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tansel Akdoğan was slow to take the kick. During this time Maraşkent FK's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Maraşkent FK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Mehmet Anıl Yavuzcan hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Maraşkent FK's goalkeeper Okaner Baytugay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Emir Varol. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halim Uçman in the 67th minute of play forced Geyve FK's goalkeeper Joseph Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Maraşkent FK's Halim Uçman in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Geyve FK's goalie prevented a goal. Joseph Danielsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cícero de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Maraşkent FK fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Maraşkent FK's Halim Uçman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Okaner Baytugay made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Ali Emir Varol sent off a good shot on target.
