Batuhan Muslera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Antônio Furtado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erman Özmert got free with Batuhan Muslera in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. İZMİR&GS's Fulgencio Villalcazar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baykal Şanalp in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of İZMİR&GS booed when SeKerSe TeHLiKe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melih Okutman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antônio Furtados short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Batuhan Muslera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, İZMİR&GS's Yavuz Selimhan Kutlu got a free kick in the 20th minute. Fulgencio Villalcazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baykal Şanalp in the 21st minute of play. Julianda Rakasiwi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 25thth minute, Batuhan Muslera skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baykal Şanalp made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Julianda Rakasiwi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Batuhan Muslera was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Batuhan Muslera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erman Özmert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. İZMİR&GS had played much better football throughout.
