Turan Hinoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tayyip Toktuğ in the 2nd minute of the match. Tayyip Toktuğ took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Turan Hinoğlu. Turan Hinoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 14th minute Yan Sha Yin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Turan Hinoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 19 minutes, Yan Sha Yin made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Çankayabirlik's Turan Hinoğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Şener Irmak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cazimir Strungă in the 23rd minute of the match. Şener Irmak came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Çankayabirlik's Cazimir Strungă. But to his dismay, Cazimir Strungă quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Laboon SK's Şener Irmak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulk Büyükada in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute Laboon SK were awarded a corner. Gökdeniz Karadeniz went to the cornerflag to take it. Gökdeniz Karadeniz made a great header on Laboon SK's corner, it was just that Çankayabirlik's Turan Hinoğlu managed to reach the ball for a save. Turan Hinoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gökdeniz Karadeniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Turan Hinoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Sha Yin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şener Irmak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hulk Büyükada went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Çankayabirlik's Turan Hinoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İrfan Genç in the 38th minute of play. Şener Irmak made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Aziz Ülküm sent off a good shot on target. Şener Irmak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulk Büyükada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Turan Hinoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yan Sha Yin in the 43rd minute of play. In the 44th minute of the match, Hulk Büyükada tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Şener Irmak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Artur Hensmans made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Serbülent Tuğsav shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şener Irmak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şener Irmak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hulk Büyükada, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Turan Hinoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yan Sha Yin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yan Sha Yin got free with Turan Hinoğlu in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hulk Büyükada in the 70th minute of play forced Laboon SK's goalkeeper Şener Irmak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Hulk Büyükada had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Şener Irmak. Laboon SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hulk Büyükada was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. The supporters of Laboon SK booed when Çankayabirlik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serbülent Tuğsav didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Sha Yin in the 76th minute of play forced Çankayabirlik's goalkeeper Turan Hinoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the game, Yavuz Selimhan Durcan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Çankayabirlik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laboon SK the free kick. Turan Hinoğlu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Gökdeniz Karadeniz. With a little luck, Çankayabirlik's Turan Hinoğlu got control of the ball when Gökdeniz Karadeniz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Artur Hensmans made a precise shot to the right of Şener Irmak. Laboon SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Çankayabirlik's Turan Hinoğlu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Çankayabirlik from getting a goal against them. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Çankayabirlik fans cheered their team off the field, for while Laboon SK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
