After having played for 4 minutes, Zbigniew Watarz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zbigniew Watarz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 5th match minute, ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berke İpekçi to maneuver through the defense. Zbigniew Watarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Lütfü Satı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zbigniew Watarz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in KapadokyA's zone, Umur Şanalp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lütfü Satı came out of the goal and Umur Şanalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osman Nuri Semail got free with Alberto Freire in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute, Zbigniew Watarz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. İlkan Keskiner in the 32ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alberto Freire, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Zbigniew Watarz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Zbigniew Watarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfü Satı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Burak Uzalp almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KapadokyA's Lütfü Satı did a great save. Fikret Türegün struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Alberto Freire didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KapadokyA. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR's Arif Ensar Kuthan was substituted for Zbigniew Watarz. The wind increased when Arif Ensar Kuthan made the kick off in the second half. Lütfü Satı made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Ensar Kuthan in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute, ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR's Arif Ensar Kuthan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Alberto Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fikret Türegün, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Arif Ensar Kuthan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lütfü Satı having to make a save. In a very dangerous position, a player in ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The referee gave KapadokyA a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Osman Nuri Semail, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR's Alberto Freire. 1-3. In the 71st minute of the match, Arif Ensar Kuthan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lütfü Satı saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by KapadokyA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Burak Uzalp was slow to take the kick. During this time ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR's players had a chance to rest. Burak Uzalp made a great header on ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR's corner, it was just that KapadokyA's Lütfü Satı managed to reach the ball for a save. ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arvin Ekegren ran over to the corner to take the kick. 94 minutes into the match, KapadokyA's goalkeeper Lütfü Satı had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arif Ensar Kuthan. The ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ŞAŞKINBAKKAL SPOR would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
