A nice corner shot did that Cemil Erkılınç got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erland Hellsing quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Enis Behiç Cangun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palestine's defense didn't have a chance, in the 35th minute, when Bolko Julius scored to the left of an out of position Jon Calatayud, making the score, 2-0. Jon Calatayud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean Bertassi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Alfred Rasialdo was slow to take the kick. During this time Hilal Gençlik's players had a chance to rest. Alfred Rasialdo made a great header on Hilal Gençlik's corner, it was just that Palestine's Jon Calatayud managed to reach the ball for a save.
