With his leg Erenay Yaltırak managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Erzincan FK's Ariel Ortega fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Erenay Yaltırak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ariel Ortega in the 15th minute of the match. Asaf Nizami kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Estevão Viana hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Asım Arif Revnak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 27 minutes, Asım Arif Revnak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boğazova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asım Arif Revnak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Boğazova's Erenay Yaltırak got control of the ball when Ariel Ortega tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Ariel Ortega ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erenay Yaltırak was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When György Barabás fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boğazova's protests and gave György Barabás a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Boğazova getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. György Barabás hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Erzincan FK's Diguinho Botelho got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Erzincan FK booed when Boğazova was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beyhan Gençoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ariel Ortega stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Asım Arif Revnak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erenay Yaltırak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Ortega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
