Erkut Hürsev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germanas Judeikis in the 14th minute of play. After 19 played minutes A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK got a freekick which was hit by Çakabey Temizer. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's goalkeeper Erkut Hürsev, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dilmen Osmanlı scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erkut Hürsev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Erkut Hürsev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germanas Judeikis in the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 26 minutes, Cumali Neşat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cumali Neşat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes into the game, Germanas Judeikis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Erkut Hürsev. Germanas Judeikis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 33 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Bornova's Germanas Judeikis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erkut Hürsev narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 36 minutes, Cumali Neşat made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lokomotiv Bornova's Sezai Yura tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cumali Neşat in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sezai Yura saved Lokomotiv Bornova from getting behind. A collision led to Lokomotiv Bornova getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jonny Clayton hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's zone, Germanas Judeikis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erkut Hürsev came out of the goal and Germanas Judeikis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Germanas Judeikis was extremely unlucky when he, in the 47th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Germanas Judeikis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Alp Eren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erkut Hürsev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Çakabey Temizer hit a great ball. When Ergincan Özdal fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Lokomotiv Bornova's supporters rose to their feet, but Germanas Judeikis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erkut Hürsev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's Erkut Hürsev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germanas Judeikis in the 62nd minute of play. Alp Eren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Erkut Hürsev tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Korcan Gökalp in the 69th minute of play forced A K Ç A Y ✔ 37 SK's goalkeeper Erkut Hürsev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Germanas Judeikis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erkut Hürsev was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Cumali Neşat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sezai Yura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart.
