Sven-Olof Vestlund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. George Buturugã came out and tried to block the shot, but Sven-Olof Vestlund slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 39th minute. In the 43rd minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of George Buturugã. The goal made the score 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute Özgür Özbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joar Scheie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joar Scheie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özgür Özbay in the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Sven-Olof Vestlund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CAN ERZURUM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Mehmet Akif Cerme got a throw-in 62 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Kaan Öztanır. The supporters of LOI booed when CAN ERZURUM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birkan Kayra didn't get a good kick on the ball.
