Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Yavuz Balabanov managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fuat Saraç in the 10 minute of the game. If Damiano Santagata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Necip Fazıl Onat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Damiano Santagata went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 18th minute of the match Eşeği Saldım Çayıra got a corner. BEŞİKTAŞK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yavuz Balabanov ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Yavuz Balabanov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Necip Fazıl Onat in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 21st play minutes Damiano Santagata shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Necip Fazıl Onat and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 24th minute, Ilgaz Üzer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Necip Fazıl Onat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damiano Santagata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 54th minute, Damiano Santagata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Necip Fazıl Onat was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. After 60 minutes, Kubilay Sefik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BEŞİKTAŞK and the Eşeği Saldım Çayıra players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, BEŞİKTAŞK's Kubilay Sefik got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute Damiano Santagata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Necip Fazıl Onat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Necip Fazıl Onat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Damiano Santagata's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. In the 68th minute, Lenny Verheijden got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Güney Olcay was substituted for Lenny Verheijden. A collision led to BEŞİKTAŞK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Fuat Saraç hit a great ball. BEŞİKTAŞK's Necip Fazıl Onat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Zapata in the 72nd minute of play. Necip Fazıl Onat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Zapata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Zapata got free with Necip Fazıl Onat in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in BEŞİKTAŞK's zone, Mario Zapata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Necip Fazıl Onat came out of the goal and Mario Zapata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. BEŞİKTAŞK's Kubilay Sefik got his second yellow card of the match in the 83rd minute. The referee ordered Kubilay Sefik off the ground. Kubilay Sefik hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. When Eşeği Saldım Çayıra's Mario Zapata in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BEŞİKTAŞK's goalie prevented a goal. BEŞİKTAŞK's Necip Fazıl Onat proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save BEŞİKTAŞK from getting a goal against them. Mario Zapata might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Necip Fazıl Onat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mario Zapata ran back to his position shaking his head. Necip Fazıl Onat made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Mario Zapata sent off a good shot on target. In the 95th match minute, Eşeği Saldım Çayıra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Güney Olcay to maneuver through the defense. Eşeği Saldım Çayıra played a much better game than BEŞİKTAŞK and deserved their victory. The BEŞİKTAŞK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
