In the 5th match minute, Great Totham AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mortada Al Mulaifi to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Meshari Al Rifaee got free with Nayef Al Khaled in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Meshari Al Rifaee came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Houghton Regis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Meshari Al Rifaee couldn't finish the play. Meshari Al Rifaee succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 19th playminute. The supporters of Great Totham AFC booed when Houghton Regis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Waheed Al Qattan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Meshari Al Rifaee recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nayef Al Khaled. Meshari Al Rifaee showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. After a rather tough play, Great Totham AFC's Abdelnaser Bo Abbas got a free kick in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Houghton Regis's goal looked a bit too open when Sultan Al Khars came free, but Falah Al Azmi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Farhan Al Sarraf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Nayef Al Khaled tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nayef Al Khaled made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Farhan Al Sarraf in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Houghton Regis's Aamir Al Khars got a free kick in the 46th minute. When Sultan Al Khars came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Great Totham AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sultan Al Khars couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Faraj Shamsah to make the kick off. Bassam Al Saleh charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bassam Al Saleh the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Houghton Regis getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Bassam Al Saleh hit a great ball. Falah Al Azmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naji Jiragh in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Meshari Al Rifaee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nayef Al Khaled saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Waheed Al Qattan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Great Totham AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Meshari Al Rifaee was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Nayef Al Khaled made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Meshari Al Rifaee in the 79th minute of play. Aamir Al Khars recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Sharf Al Barrak fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Houghton Regis's protests and gave Sharf Al Barrak a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Houghton Regis's Sharf Al Barrak got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute of the match Lafi Al Banwan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Falah Al Azmi skillfully saved the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Houghton Regis had played much better football throughout.
